One of my favorite stores to shop at, like a lot of
twenty-somethings, is H&M. However, I always have trouble knowing what size
to try on because their sizes run so differently from what I am used to. I
recently visited their store to try on a jumpsuit that I really loved. I tried
it on in a two and it didn’t fit. Going back to try the four, I found out that didn’t
fit well either. This was weird to me since I am used to wearing a small in
almost every outfit that I buy. Trying on the size six, I was finally
successful. I found a similar outfit from Hollister and tried it on in a three
and it fit perfectly. So, even though I know mostly what sizes I wear, it can
vary from store to store. So, my favorite tip to remember is to always bring
extra to the fitting room.

Production Costs
My design idea was to take a classic pair of black sunglasses with a little cat eye and add some floral decor to them. The first time i added up all of the production costs, it would be a little pricey around $32 with a $40 retail price, not making much profit. This is because to buy sunglasses individually per pair, it can add up. Also, buying floral accents individually would not be cheap either. However, when you can buy sunglasses in bulk, it makes the cost come down immensely making the production cost with profit only around $14 adding almost three times the profit that we would have been making before. That is, if we were to sell the product at the same price both times. It is important to shop smart when buying your materials.
