Production Costs

My design idea was to take a classic pair of black sunglasses with a little cat eye and add some floral decor to them. The first time i added up all of the production costs, it would be a little pricey around $32 with a $40 retail price, not making much profit. This is because to buy sunglasses individually per pair, it can add up. Also, buying floral accents individually would not be cheap either. However, when you can buy sunglasses in bulk, it makes the cost come down immensely making the production cost with profit only around $14 adding almost three times the profit that we would have been making before. That is, if we were to sell the product at the same price both times. It is important to shop smart when buying your materials.
